Chicken Seekh Kabab

Chicken mince is combined with spices and some vegetables to form a mixture. It is then wrapped around a skewer to give it’s signature shape. Seekhkababtastes delicious alongside a paratha and some Chutney, and is almost every Desi’s favourite.
